Up to 450 people
For large events or conferences, our Main Hall is a beautiful and flexible space with comfortable capacity for anywhere from 150 - 450 people.
Up to 100 people
For slightly smaller events, our Upper Hall, Committee Room and Lower Hall are smart, private spaces hosting up to 100 people.
Up to 80 people
Our venue is used regularly for rehearsals, seminars, training sessions, meetings and more for up to 40 people.
Up to 30 people
If you’re looking for a central Sheffield location for meetings or office space, our newly renovated spaces are a cost-effective solution.
Our facilities
Parking
With its close proximity to a range of public transport routes, Victoria Hall is perfectly placed to leave your car at home and enjoy the sights and sounds of the city centre. If you prefer to come in by car, Sheffield is served by a number of car parks, and has disabled car parking spaces on-street nearby. Dropping off and picking up of equipment can be arranged with our team.
AV Equipment
We have IT/audio visual capabilities and on hand support to cater to any event, including WiFi, projectors, screens, screencasting, flipcharts and stationery.
For more complex events we have AV contractors who will be glad to advise and quote for AV equipment and support for you.
Food and Drink
Got a special catering request? We are happy to help you make your event one to remember. We work with a number of local Sheffield catering companies to offer a range of menu and dietary options.
